How it works
> We have tied up with Electronica Finance Limited for financing rooftop solarsystem for Schools & Colleges.Mahalakshmi Solar Solutions and Electronica Finance Limited will open a joint escrow account for finance, EPC and O&M of Solar system.
> After the loan is paid in 5 years, the escrow account will be closed.
> School will pay directly to Mahalakshmi Solar Solutions reduced electricity amount for O&M and AMC for next 15 years
> Mahalakshmi Solar Solutions and BESCOM will enter into tri party PPA for 25 years as it is grid connected with net metering

Benefits to school
> For first 5 years , school will pay average 6 months electricity bill amount to install
Solar system and O&M
> From 6th year up to 10 years – pay only 75% of monthly electricity bill to
Mahalakshmi Solar Solutions (it includes O&M of Solar system, AMC and BESCOM
fixed charges & electricity bill.)
> From 11 to 20 years, pay only 50 % of your average monthly electricity bill ,every
month to Mahalakshmi Solar Solutions (it includes O&M of Solar system, AMC and BESCOM fixed charges & electricity bill.)
> The school saves approx. 20 tons carbon emission which is equivalent to planting a
one lakh tree.
Simple calcualtiom how much you can save
> A school is paying Rs. 50,000/- per month electricity bill (average 6
months bill)
From 1 to 5 years , no change in electricity bill (even if BESCOM hikes
electricity bill)
> From 6 to 10 years , school pays only 75% of average monthly electricity bill
(60 months/ 5 years x 50,000 = 30,00,000/-) . School pays 75% of 30,00,000/- i.e. 22,50,000/- and school saves 7,50,000/-
> From 11 to 20 years, school pays 50% of average monthly electricity bill
(120 months/10 years x 50,000 = 60,00,000/-) . school pays 50% of
60,00,000/- i.e. 30,00,000/- and school saves 30,00,000/-
> School saves in entire 20 years 37,50,000/- in electricity bill (even if
BESCOM hikes electricity bill)
